He is the kind that makes you stop and look twice, but what really makes us excited about him starts when you put a saddle on him. 1st Edition has a TON of talent and handle. He’ll turn around fast and correct, plant himself in a sliding stop, move off your leg, back up soft, pick up either lead, and ride collected when you ask. He feels educated underneath you—you can feel the difference the minute you pick up the reins. But here’s our favorite part: You can forget about every bit of that and just go ride him.
