1Acceptance of terms

Registering on CattleSales or signing in via social networks means you have read this agreement and agree to its terms. If anything is unclear or you do not agree, please do not register and write to us at contact@cattles.net.

2What is CattleSales

CattleSales is an information platform for posting ads for the sale of farm animals, feed, equipment, and veterinary services, as well as a knowledge base about breeds. We are NOT a seller, carrier, or veterinarian. We provide a place for buyers and sellers to meet.

This means that CattleSales is not responsible for product quality, the condition of animals, transportation conditions, or either party's compliance with agreements. All questions are handled directly between seller and buyer.

3Registration and account

• One person = one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and removed.
• Регистрироваться могут лица старше 14 лет (см. Политику конфиденциальности).
• You may not transfer your account to other people — each person is personally responsible for their own actions.
• You must keep your password confidential. CattleSales does not compensate for losses from a breach caused by your own fault (weak password, leak, shared device).
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, immediately change your password or write to contact@cattles.net.

4Posting listings

What can be listed

• Реальных сельскохозяйственных животных, находящихся в вашей собственности.
• Feed, veterinary products (legal), equipment, supplies.
• Services of veterinarians, livestock specialists, cattle transporters, and breeders.
• Breeding material (biomaterial) with proper certificates.

What is prohibited

• Sick animals without a truthful diagnosis in the description.
• Stolen property and animals.
• Discriminatory text based on nationality, religion, or any other characteristic.
• Spam, multiple duplicates of the same listing.
• Political campaigning, calls for violence, insults.
• Drugs, weapons, explosives.
• Listings with knowingly false information or photos of other people's animals.

The accuracy of photos, descriptions, prices, and specifications is entirely the seller's responsibility. CattleSales reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice or explanation if it violates the rules or raises concerns.

5Transactions

All deals happen offline directly between the seller and the buyer. CattleSales does not accept payments, act as a guarantor, or hold money in escrow. Agree on the price, handover terms, and payment personally — preferably with a written sales contract.

We recommend checking the animal's documents (veterinary passport, pedigree, vaccination certificates) and not paying advance money to unknown sellers without an in-person meeting or video call.

6Service payment

All CattleSales features — posting ads, chat, video calls, knowledge base — are completely free for all users.

In the future, we plan paid premium features (ad boosts, featured badge, advanced analytics), but the basic functionality — posting and browsing ads, communicating with buyers — will always remain free. We will notify you of pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.

7Prohibited behavior

The following are prohibited in chat, reviews, and discussions:

• Insults, threats, harassment of other users.
• Fraud—soliciting prepayments, phishing links, fake documents.
• Создание нескольких аккаунтов для накрутки отзывов или обхода блокировок.
• Using automated scripts and bots (except officially approved integrations).
• Hacking attempts and vulnerability testing without approval from the team.

8Intellectual property

By uploading photos, videos, or text to CattleSales, you confirm that you are the author or have the right to publish them. You grant CattleSales a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to display these materials within the platform (including the mobile app, website, and related services) for the purpose of showing the ad to other users.

All rights to the website itself, logos, design, and source code belong to CattleSales. Our trademarks may not be used without written permission.

9Termination

CattleSales may suspend or delete your account without compensation if you:

• You repeatedly violate the rules (several warnings).
• Committed a serious violation (fraud, threats, selling stolen goods) — without warning.
• You received substantiated complaints from several other users.

You may delete your account at any time in profile settings. After deletion, data is erased within 30 days (backups up to 90 days).

10Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” (as-is) without any warranties, express or implied. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee it 100%. Technical maintenance and brief service interruptions may occur.

CattleSales is not liable for lost profits, emotional distress, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. CattleSales’ maximum financial liability to the user shall not exceed the amount the user paid CattleSales in the last 12 months (and since the service is free — effectively zero).

11Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any disputes not resolved through negotiation shall be heard in the courts of general jurisdiction in Bishkek at CattleSales’ location.

12Changes to the agreement and contacts

We may update this agreement. We will post material changes here in advance and notify users by email. By continuing to use the platform after an update, you agree to the new version.
